Joint & Structural Crack Survey
We map dynamic construction joints, control relief joints, and static cracks, determining the exact linear meterage of structural V-grooving and flexible polyurea sealant required.
Elevation & Drainage Verification
For wet processing or food manufacturing facilities, we verify slab drainage gradients, stainless trench tie-ins, and wall-floor junction geometry for 75mm radius coved skirtings.
